Ingrédients
- 500G de bintje
- 100G de Le Fleurier demi-sel
- 4 œufs
- 1 blanc de volaille
- 1 tomate
- 1 salade iceberg
- Mayonnaise
- 1 avocat
- 6 tranches de lard fumé
Préparation

Réaliser les pommes rösti, les faire cuire pendant 25min.
(Le Fleurier sera incorporé dans les rösti).

Peler le blanc de volaille.

Émincer la tomate salade et avocat.

Émincer la volaille et la faire cuire pendant 10min.

Mélanger l’iceberg à la mayonnaise.

Griller le lard pendant 5min

Monter le club.
